Tasks and responsibilities
- Supporting the financial reporting
- Processing of purchase invoices, while leading a project to further automate the processing and approval of purchase invoices.
- Reporting and analysis of the financial results to the cost center owners
- Establish the forecast and budget in cooperation with the cost center owners
- Supporting the requests for the WBSO grant
- Performing NPV calculations for R&D projects and actual reporting of deviations
- Coordinating Insurances
- Supporting the Group controller in preparing Group financial consolidation and reporting
- Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data (actual, budget, forecast)
- Intercompany matching, in cooperation with the foreign company controllers
- Preparing sales reporting in Looker (BI tool) and running analyses on sales and gross profit data per legal entity / product.
- Participating in projects, such as the ERP project/reporting and creation of further Sales dashboards
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting and/or control
- 1-3 years of experience in relevant positions
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Experience with financial and management reporting
- Experience with financial consolidation activities
- Strong numerical proficiency
- Solid communication, technical and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and BI tools
