Job description
As Controller you are responsible for the implementation of various finance projects, such as IFRS, Pillar 2 and transfer pricing. You are responsible for the timely execution of the entire financial administration, support and advice of the management of the financial direction. You analyze, develop, improve and implement various processes and guidelines within the organization. You prepare necessary management and financial reports according to periodic business cycle, including consolidated income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Both in realized figures and the forecasts / budgets. You advise the organization in making decisions through data and information available and advise in the planning and control cycle.

The finance team is composed of professionals who make sure that the company's financial health is in good shape. To do this we work closely together with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the organization's financial operations. Our team is diverse and multicultural. While we all have our own tasks we are always willing to help each other out. We celebrate our successful quarters and know how to keep the energy high.

Job Requirements
- To be successful in the role of Controller you have the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher working and thinking level, with a completed education in Business Economics or similar
- Experience in a comparable role within the manufacturing or high-tech industry is an advantage
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- Knowledge and experience with the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of ERP system ISAH or a similar system
- Knowledge and experience with credit control tools, such as Credit Device and/or TKB
