Director Finance & Accounting
Drive the financial health of the company 

You will be primarily responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate operation of the Finance & Accounting function at the headquarters. You ensure reliable monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all Dutch subsidiaries. You are responsible for providing business insights to the local leaders to help measure progress on company performance and assist with enhancing companywide financial reports. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer located in the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities
  • Efficient and effective analysis and reporting (forecast, monthly actual and target/actual analyses).
  • You deliver in-depth meaningful analysis of business performance to support fact-based, sound business decision-making.
  • Partner with the Global Finance teams to align and drive key topics and initiatives.
  • Efficient and effective working capital management.
  • Lead and develop an effective and motivated team.
  • Assist in overseeing the work of external auditors and other professional services, as needed;

Requirements 
  • Minimum 8 years management experience in an international or national company in the finance department (Controlling and Accounting) across multiple divisions. It would be beneficial if it has been a subsidiary of an international company as well as IFRS-knowledge;
