Voor onze opdrachtgever Fleetpoint in Schijndel zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Accountant.

Over Fleetpoint:
Een Benelux opererende succesformule op het gebied van langdurige oplossingen binnen de auto branche: dat is Fleetpoint. Ons bedrijf biedt (logistieke) uitkomsten van start tot finish aan onder één dak. Hier vallen de diensten: transport, schadeherstel, remarketing, afleveringsklaar maken, bedrijfswageninrichting, reconditionering, poolbeheer en opslag onder. Fleetpoint is sinds medio juni 2015 onderdeel van multinational Compagnie d'Affrètement et de Transport (CAT) SA.

De rol:
In deze rol beheer je de boekhouding van A tot Z. In deze rol is het erg belangrijk dat je naast de Nederlandse taal ook de Franse taal machtig bent. Je wordt aangestuurd door de Financial Controller die enkel Frans spreekt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Account Production (with Accenture) ;
• Monthly and annual clothings ;
• Responsable data in consolidation system (BFC done by Accenture);     
• Respect deadlines ;
• Daily Exchange with Accenture (in charge of booking);
• Respect Internal Process Groupe CAT ;
• General accounts: accounting bills, salaries, depreciation, processing of unsold bank items;
• Supplier and customer accounts: Processing unpaid items, debtor suppliers, creditor customers, lettering, stock tracking and relaunch,...);
• Analytical Accounting (Application of the Rules of Analytical Structure);
• Reconciliations of accounts ;
• Balance Sheets ;
• VAT Returns ;
• Tax Statement ;
• Audit of accounts ;
• Cash forecasts ;
• Dispute Resolution.

Wat neem je mee:

• Je beschikt over een afgeronde financiële opleiding (HBO/WO;
• Je bent in staat de financiële boekhouding van A-Z te beheren;
• Je hebt enige jaren relevante werkervaring; 
• Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Franse taal goed;
• Kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word en Excel);
• Je hebt kennis van SAP.
